1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FreeIndexer (www.freeindexer.online), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Description of Service
FreeIndexer provides search engine notification tools (including IndexNow protocol pings, Bing Submission APIs, and sitemap indexing pings). The free version has fair-use thresholds (e.g. up to 10 URLs per bulk submission). Account upgrades and extra credit packages are available.
3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the service to:
- Submit spam, malware, phishing sites, or URLs containing illegal content.
- Submit URLs in an automated bulk manner that bypasses the standard API/UI fair-use limits.
- Falsify credentials or impersonate other domain owners when using features that require verified permissions.
4. Billing, Top-Ups & Credits
Paid upgrades and top-up credits are initiated manually via our official WhatsApp Support channel. Once the transaction is completed and payment receipt is verified, credits are added to your account. Prices and payment methods are subject to country-specific terms discussed during support consultation.
5. Service Warranties & Search Engine Disclaimers
Important: FreeIndexer triggers notifications and crawl requests to search engines (like Google, Bing, and Yandex). We do not control, govern, or guarantee search indexation, indexing times, search rank improvements, or crawler decisions. Whether a URL is successfully cached or listed in search results remains entirely at the sole discretion of the respective search engine's indexing logic and content quality guidelines.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreeIndexer and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of search visibility, site traffic, profits, or data, resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted directly to this page with an updated "last modified" timestamp. Continued use of the platform constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
